Do you like to tell stories? Interest in podcasts has skyrocketed and created lots of opportunities to produce content in a engaging way. The TechGirlz workshop, run by GMAHS students, will teach girls about podcasts and how to tell a story effectively. They’ll learn how to add music, sound effects and other sounds from the environment within the podcasting software and even get to record their own first podcast!
Middle school girls are invited to join us on January 20, 2024 at 9AM. Register at the link below. |
| On December 13, the senior class and our musicians continued the great Gwynedd Mercy tradition of Candlelight which includes a live tableau and concert. |
The Class of 2025 is sparkling and shining as they wear their new class rings. These timeless symbols of Mercy will forever remind them of the Gwynedd sisterhood and days in the red and gold corridors. |
The Gwynedd TechGirlz club hosted 14 middle school students and introduced them to coding and Virtual Reality. Our guests had a great time creating their own Christmas VR Trivia game. |

Put your best foot forward as you prepare to apply to Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School! Check out the Mercy Tips in each Monarch News to set yourself up for success!
Tip: Rest is just as important as work: Take time over the holiday break to rest and recharge! Students (and families) can get overwhelmed and exhausted from the many events, games, and commitments and we forget to take time to rest. As we wind down the fall and early winter of the school year, take time during this break to reset so that you are ready to begin the new year with good energy and focus! |
